Q: If I'm in North America, can I still user your service?
A: Sure, we can provide service to any customer no matter which place he is located. The testing site information won't be shown in the score sheet and the certificate. You needn't worry about it.

Q: How to enquire the exam result after the testing is completed?
A: After all your testing programs are completed, we will send you the ID for enquiring the test result by email. Meanwhile, we will provide you the complete specification for the result enquiry to make sure you can get your test result in the relevant official website as swiftly as possible.

Q: When can I receive my certificate?
A: Generally speaking, you can receive the relevant certificates in 4 weeks, and 6 weeks at most.

Q: Is it safe to have transaction with you? How do you protect the client's interest?
A: Usually, you need a full payment before we start the testing programs, but you can choose to have a down payment upfront. You can pay the balance after we complete part of the testing programs and you get the test result. Then we continue to take the remaining testing programs.
